Kara + Alexander held the perfect fall elopement at Lake Crescent Lodge. These two were straight out of a romantic novel I swear. Keep scrolling to see the full beauty of their day, and to learn more about the location they chose!
Kara + Alexander’s Dreamy Elopement at Lake Crescent Lodge
When I say Kara + Alexander eloped at Lake Crescent, I mean they eloped. The real kind of “eloped,” like hop-on-a-cross-country-flight-from-Illinois eloped. Yes, they literally ran away from Illinois to head to the PNW to elope the old-fashioned way! So don’t let anybody tell you you can’t do that anymore. These two are the perfect example of how the word “elopement” can mean whatever the fuck you want it to mean. Whether you want to elope at a chapel in Vegas, travel across the country spontaneously like Kara + Alexander did, or plan a full-fledged, intentional elopement with your closest loved ones 6 months in advance.
And man did they make a good decision when they chose Lake Crescent. We explored the famous Olympic National Rainforest, venturing through the vibrant green trees as sun rays peaked through the canopy. They enjoyed quiet moments in the forest together, side-by-side, with a beautiful autumn-toned bouquet in hand. And then off we went to the lake! Where they snuggled up on the dock, took in the fresh mountain air and lakeside views, and wrapped up the day cozied up in the beautiful Lake Crescent Lodge.
What a perfect fall day with two wonderful humans. Thank you for trusting me to capture your magical love for you in the middle of this incredible outdoor beauty.
