When I asked Hayley what she envisioned for her engagement shoot she told me that her family had beautiful property along the river where Zach and her camped and spent time with their loved ones. She wanted to go there, play along the river’s edge, make drinks by the fire, and cozy up in the bed of the pickup with her love.. UHM SIGN ME UP. Seriously though doesn’t that sound like the damn dream?

One of the many things I love about Zach and Hayley is that they don’t pretend to be anything they aren’t. They wanted to be themselves, and be somewhere they felt comfortable, together.

Here’s the thing, your photoshoot is YOURS. Go hang by the river, or in your damn house. Bring your dogs, wear your favorite flannel, eat pizza and drink beers, just do YOU!
