Jake + Chloe’s Romantic Winter Wedding in Leavenworth, WA

My brother-in-law tied the knot with the most stunning winter wedding at Mountain Springs Lodge in Leavenworth, Washington, and I got the honor of photographing it! I had the best time celebrating the love between Jake and Chloe.

From the moment I shot their Olympic National Park Proposal, I’ve been so ready for their Leavenworth wedding to come around. These two are so full of life and love for each other. Their day was full of the best kind of laughter, the kind that makes your abs hurt for days afterward, you know?.

About Leavenworth, WA

I may or may not be just a little biased, but Washington is truly one of the most beautiful places to visit. The pristine lakes, the cascading mountains, the vibrant greenery… folks, it doesn’t get any damn better than this. And Leavenworth is easily near the top of my list if you’re looking for a place to get married or to simply getaway.

It’s such a colorful, storybook-esque town if I’ve ever seen one. The picturesque village is nestled among the Stuart Range and Wenatchee Mountains, full of all sorts of tourists and people from different walks of life.

People travel from all over to go hiking, wine tasting, and skiing, or to enjoy the Christmastime Village of Lights which is truly unbeatable.

If you’ve ever imagined yourself planning a winter wedding that people talk about for decades, Leavenworth is likely one of your best options! The snow-capped mountains and lush forests are hard to beat, and you’ve got tons of places to stay, eat, drink, and have a fuckin’ great time.

Mountain Springs Lodge

Mountain Springs Lodge was the perfect venue for Jake + Chloe’s romantic wedding, so I wanted to tell ya a little bit about it. They celebrated with their family and friends in Beaver Creek Lodge, which had the most incredible winter wonderland aesthetic.

With historical roots dating back to the late 1800s, Mountain Springs Lodge was created so that people could comfortably enjoy the pristine nature – and wow can people do just that.

Their property has sprawling green meadows surrounded by even greener rolling hills. The builders placed all the rustic log cabins so that you can fully experience all the beautiful streams and snow-capped cascades!

While you’re visiting, there are dozens of options to enjoy the scenery from different angles. Ride a horse through wildflower fields and around Lake Wenatchee, zipline through the crisp mountain air to get a bird’s eye view of the valley, or bundle up for a guided snowmobile tour or a romantic sleigh ride. Also, if it’s warm play ping pong by the private, outdoor pool. In short, the options are limitless my friend.

The interior of Beaver Creek Lodge was cozy and warm for this celebration. The fireplace crackled ever so gently in the background, as their friends and family enjoyed the delicious dinner, making for such an intimate getaway for everyone.

And the couples portraits we got outside in the snow…. I don’t even have words. These two humans are so wonderful beyond words.

There are four different indoor and outdoor venues for your ceremony or reception at Mountain Springs Lodge. All four have beautiful views and luxurious amenities, and their intimate wedding packages start at $3500!

They even have an on-site chef and a full-service bar that features tons of local and international drink options. Their chef works with couples to create a custom menu so your day can be 110% personalized to you and your love. Also, reception dinner prices start at $35/person if you’re feelin’ this space & want to use it for your own reception.
